EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Exchanges are allowed up to 30 days after you have received your order. Any merchandise that is being exchanged must be in its original condition with all tags still attached. Customers are responsible for both the return shipping charges of the original products and provide a prepaid method large enough to fit any products they would like to exchange and have shipped back to them. If you have recieved a defective product and would like it replaced we will do our best to fulfill your request if the item is still in stock. If we are sold out of the item you purchased we will contact you via the phone number and email you have provided in your order to discuss further arrangements.
